For a manufacturing and repair shop with a walk-in counter
The problem
Every motor that arrived was written into a physical book and a paper tag was tied to the housing.
What we built
An intake queue that sorts arrivals into a pool, into assignments, and into a quote gate for the question that decides everything: is this motor worth repairing at all.
For a food distributor running purchasing and inventory across QuickBooks, e-commerce, and spreadsheets
The problem
The catalogue ran on spreadsheets sitting beside the accounting software: the master item list, seasonal replenishment maths, price change workbooks, promotion tracking, receiving.
What we built
An item master you can search, filter and actually trust, with an audit trail showing before and after on every change.
About 90 days from the first call to software you own.
1
Weeks 1-2
Discovery
We sit with the people who do the work and write down how it actually runs.
2
Weeks 3-4
Plan and price
Screens, data and a fixed price, agreed before we build.
3
Weeks 5-10
Build
Working software every week. You change direction while it is cheap to.
4
Weeks 11-12
Handover
Code, data, documentation and training. It is yours. No recurring fees.
Questions we hear
One price, agreed before we build. You own the code. Support afterward is optional.
Our software has no API. Can you still connect it?
Often, yes. We have connected desktop ERPs by learning exactly what they write when someone clicks Save.
Will it break when they update?
We build it to fail loudly, not quietly, and you own the code to fix it.
What happens after launch?
It is yours. Keep it as it is, change it yourself, or hire anyone to work on it. If you want us to keep adding to it, we offer an optional monthly retainer. Nothing is required.
